ConservCo Launches New Water Audit Service, Website
Company Helps Hotels, Other Facilities Decrease Operating Expenses.
Reno, NV, May 28, 2008 --(PR.com)-- ConservCo Water Conservation Products, LLC today announced the launch of its new Water Audit Service and new website.
ConservCo’s proprietary Water Audit Service provides facilities with a comprehensive review of their current water use, and helps a hotel operator or building engineer evaluate how much water a property can save. The service includes rigorous inspections, tests, and measurements and culminates with a detailed report that includes cost analysis and ROI modeling.
“We provide the client with a complete audit report and water conservation plan, which includes recommended corrective measures to save water,” said Lauren Sellyei, President of ConservCo. “When appropriate, our plans include specific retrofit recommendations, and in most cases, result in an almost immediate payback, often with a double-digit ROI for the property.” The service helps hotel operators and facilities managers conserve water and energy and reduce operating expenses.
The service evolved from customer demand. One of ConservCo’s hotel/casino customers asked if the company could help them discover the cause of a recent spike in water use. They did. ConservCo’s work ultimately helped the customer save more than 10 million gallons of water, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in utility and sewer expenses, per year. ConservCo now markets the service and has completed projects for both major gaming concerns in Nevada and luxury hotel operators across the United States. The company’s work-load continues to expand, and it has several new projects in the pipeline.
ConservCo’s new website, conservco.us, was launched to help the company market the new service.
