Direct from the Artist, Peter Teekamp, New Painting Celebrates Clinton-Obama as Dream Team, Stars on YouTube and Auctions on Ebay with No Reserve

This new painting by the Dutch-born American Artist Peter Teekamp, celebrates his view of this most amazing time in American history.

Los Angeles, CA, May 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- "Just a few decades ago, this would have seemed impossible. We’ve come such a long way! It really inspired me,” says Teekamp, who became a U.S. citizen in the mid seventies. The painting shows Obama and Clinton wrapped in the American flag to symbolize unity.

With signs in the stars symbolizing religious freedom and doves, roses and olive branches as a statement for peace.

Teekamp paints the pair in black and white, stating; “Shouldn’t we be colorblind when we choose a leader?” With Obama supporting Clinton, and Clinton’s peace sign just visible in front of Obama, the painting shows a peace offering and much of the world seems to be loving it.

This is a dream ticket, a celebration. This part of history has already been made.

The power is now in the people’s hands. It is time for a change. Yes, we can. War is over if you...Vote.

The video interpretation is on YouTube, search "Clinton Obama Teekamp".

This 18”x24” 2008 painting is now offered on eBay #110256380279 May 26 - June 2 with No Rerserve, direct from the artist.
