Artist Tim Myers Receives Commercial Air Time
Los Angeles, CA, May 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Tracks From Former Onerepublic Member Tim Myers Receive Commercial Air Time From Target, Saturn and Canon.
Selections from the sophomore release, “The Good Life EP” by Tim Myers, have been picked up to represent companies such as Target, Canon and Saturn. The song titled, “The Good Life” is now heard on TV ad’s for the new Saturn Aura which runs on most major networks. The second track chosen from this collection of work is “A Beautiful World” and can be seen on a national Target ad campaign that encourages thinking outside the box, which is indicative of Tim Myers work in general. This same song, “A Beautiful World” plays to create a feeling of reflection for the Canon Rebel SXi Canadian AD Campaign.
The song “A Beautiful World” was produced by Tim Myers and Mikal Blue. Blue’s credits include Colbie Callaits, whose song "Bubbly" has become a staple on the radio charts as of late." Good Morning America had also gotten wind to the song “A Beautiful World” and its brilliance, as well as added it to the new series "Your Three Words."
Myers expresses his passion to make a change and strive for peace is suggested in these song lyrics:

“The Good Life” track has been picked up by radio stations across the country and was also licensed to CBS’s hit show “How I Met Your Mother” for their DVD release of the series. This song has gained notoriety not only in the US but Sony/Japan has added it to a compilation titled, “Fine, Thank You.”
Tim Myers stance as a four year member of the group “OneRepublic” (Intershop Records) resulted in co-writing the Billboard hit single Stop and Stare, along with others on the record All We Are, Someone to Save You, and Prodigal.
Today we see Tim Myers as a humanist and a thought provoking talented singer songwriter. His concentration in music is just as strong as his zeal for organizations like Amnesty International, Green Peace and Invisible Children.
