A Journey Into Color Trends for 2008

Charlotte, NC, May 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Inspired Consumers at the Julie LaTerra Homes “Girl’s Night Out.”

Custom homebuilder, Julie LaTerra Homes, with her “Made From Scratch” ™ approach, launched another very successful event for consumers with her monthly “Girl’s Night Out”, an event held on the 1st Thursday of each month. The women, who reserved their seats early, were able to attend the “Girl’s Night Out” event held at the Julie LaTerra Design Center, located across from Concord Mills Mall. Women had fun and relaxed as they enjoyed various wines, cheese and flatbreads, fresh fruit and hot Hor d’oeuvres. An interactive seminar “Journey Into Color Trends For 2008”, was presented by a Julie LaTerra Homes Interior Designer, Jill Marquis, who guided guests on an inspiring journey into color, fabrics and design as they explored Pantone’s 2008 Color Trends. Special attention was given to the Color of the Year, Blue Iris, and how to incorporate a color palette from room to room in the home. Guests mixed colors, fabrics, textures and designs as they experimented with the 2008 Color Trends. All attendees received various gifts including custom made wine glass charms, spa products, a wine decanter with wine and glasses, Dinner for Two at Upstream’s and other Woman Focused™ gifts.
