SweetQuote™ Lets Merchants Sell Online While Keeping Pricing Private

Boston, MA, May 30, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Versacor's flagship product e-Sweet™ comes standard with a ground breaking application called SweetQuote™. This technology lets users request a quote for a merchant's products and services via the merchant's website. Product images, descriptions, features and benefits are displayed for the user. Users can configure the product or service via a series of drop down menus that ask specific questions configured easily by the merchant. Once configuration is complete, users can add the product or service to their "Quote Cart" and submit that information to the merchant.

Merchants can then respond to the RFQ online via the secure and password protected administrative area of the merchant website. An email containing the custom quote is sent automatically to the user who requested the quote. That same email contains a link back to the merchant website where the user may then purchase the quoted product(s) or service(s) on the merchant website for the quoted price.

Users may pay by credit card or purchase order. Merchants have the ability to allow select individual users to pay by purchase order, making the purchase process seamless and convenient. The SweetQuote™ platform allows merchants who were otherwise unable to sell online to take advantage of the rising trend of online purchasing, while keeping all pricing information confidential.
