"Mrs. Texas American Queen" Named

Houston, TX, May 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Officials for the Mrs. American Queen Pageant are proud to announce that Nicole Lambeth, of Willis, Texas has been named Mrs. Texas American Queen 2008 and will represent the State of Texas at the 2008 Mrs. American Queen Pageant in Daytona Beach, Florida on August 1-2, 2008. Title holders from all over the country will compete for the Mrs. American Queen title in the following categories: Interview (with a focus on Community Service), Fitness, and Evening Gown.

Mrs. Texas American Queen 2008, Nicole Lambeth was awarded the title of Mrs. Texas American Queen. Nicole is the wife of Ben Lambeth and mother of two; Gwendolyn and Douglas. She is an accountant in The Woodlands, is active with the Montgomery County Medical Reserve Corp and enjoys spending time with her family on the lake.

Nicole will dedicate a great deal of their time during her year of service as Mrs. Texas focusing on the prevention of Domestic Violence among women. She will also make public appearances and is available for speaking and appearance engagements.

The American Queen Pageant is a fundraising and out-reach vehicle for The Dash Foundation, Inc. The Dash Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of domestic violence through early education.
