Fuzion Food Group Expands with MZD in Indiana
Fuzion Food Group awards MZD Fuzion exclusive franchise rights for central Indiana.
Indianapolis, IN, June 01, 2008 --(PR.com)-- MZD - Fuzion Food Group expands.
Fuzion has acquired the franchise exclusivity from Fuzion Food Group for central Indiana.
Based in Indianapolis, MZD Fuzion is headed up by Tom Coyle and Allan Zukerman. Both are restaurant industry veterans with over 30 years experience working with many quick service and casual dining concepts.
“We have had a business relationship with the founders of Fuzion for over 15 years. After assisting Fuzion in 2007 in a marketing capacity we made the move to become Area Developers for central Indiana” commented Coyle.
“We provide food service solutions to a variety of high traffic public venues, including sports arenas, water parks, hotels, assisted living facilities and convenience stores to name a few” said Allan Zukerman.
The Fuzion success is a result of a proprietary cooking platform which is a sealed unit with high pressure heated air which requires no exhaust system or fire suppression along with menus created exclusively for each of their clients. Menu development is performed by world renowned Executive Chef Andy Revella. Mr. Revella’s background includes the founding of Steak and Ale and Bennigans, the menu for Rainforest Café, BB Kings BBQ. Issac Hayes Restaurant and 45 Harrah’s entertainment venues.
