Elgin, SC, June 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Sherra Scott of Quality Practice Management Solutions, completed the Real Estate Professional Assistant certification training through the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and was awarded her certificate on May 31, 2008.
