An Early Music Concert - Stabat Mater, G. B. Pergolesi
East Boston, MA, March 13, 2023 --(PR.com)-- On April 1, 2023, at 7 pm, Boston Opera & Zarzuela will hold “An Early Music Concert - Stabat Mater, G. B. Pergolesi” at Sacred Heart Parish, located at 45 Brooks Street, Boston, MA, 02128.
This family friendly concert consists of Pergolesi's Stabat Mater, an Early Music masterpiece divided into twelve movements, including solos and duets sung by a soprano and an alto, accompanied by piano.
Featuring international artists: Libor Dudas, Vanessa
Moya, and Lucia Panizza.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Boston Cultural Council, administered by the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture.
Boston Opera & Zarzuela, a non-profit organization for the Performing Arts, strives to enrich the cultural landscape within its community through performance, research, and education of the vast lyric repertoire, including Opera, Zarzuela, and Oratorio.
