Boca Raton, FL, June 11, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Anthony Bumbaca and Dan Lansman of 1Touch Marketing and Brandon Rosen of Paradise Coast Media today announced a strategic merger that will broaden 1Touch Marketing's capabilities across key product offerings. Under the terms of the definitive merger agreement, unanimously approved by both companies, 1TM will acquire Paradise Coast Media.
1Touch Marketing, a long time leader in opt-in email, sms, postal, sms keyword and lead generation marketing is a "go to" resource for America's top list companies and advertising agencies. Both supplying services and white labeling services for countless top companies, 1TM has established a strong reputation for innovation and dependability in the marketing industry.
Paradise Coast Media has been "blowing the lid off" lead generation, opt-in email and sms marketing with growing sales that consistently outperform goals month after month. The company, which has been offering white-labeled 1TM services, has continued to double and triple its client roster since its inception just a few years ago.

The merger will allow 1TM to increase its email and sms databases significantly. "We are working now to merge the two databases together and de-dupe the total file. We don't have a final tally on the actual size of the new file, but we do know it will be substantially larger for both media offerings," states Lansman. "All of 1TM's existing datacards will be updated to reflect the increased counts and new available selects."
1TM will be acquiring approximately 300 new clients as a result of the new joint venture and will be boosting its technical functionality for program initiatives including more comprehensive tracking abilities for email and sms plus even more sophisticated list hygiene procedures for databases. "We actually have already begun work on many new technical platforms that will take 1TM's capabilities to a whole new level, " states Rosen. The physical merger of the two offices will commence at the end of June when Paradise Coast Media will close its Delray Beach facility and move its employees into 1TM's 10,000 sq. ft. offices.
