Russ Allen Reports Link Found Between Electrical Pollution and Autism in Children

New York, NY, June 14, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Since the 1990s, autism has become the fastest-growing developmental disability in the United States. With numbers on an annual rise, it has been estimated that one in every 150 births (24,000 newborns a year) will be diagnosed with autism.
The epidemic has yet to be clearly linked to a specific cause, but it seems as though electrical pollution could be closely connected to the neurological disorder.
Concurrently, there has been a rise in stray voltage cases in the United States. In his new book, Electrocution of America: Is Your Utility Company Out to Kill You?, author Russ Allen examines the devastating causes of the stray electrical currents.
“The possibility of undetectable fetal damage is increased as mothers-to-be are exposed to the emissions from electrical devices,” says Mr. Allen.
People do not realize that stray currents are rising in America. Since the 1980s, these currents have destroyed dairy farms (like Mr. Allen’s) in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Idaho and others by harming livestock, pets and humans.
“All living creatures can be directly affected by stray current through anything that conducts electricity, such as metal, water or even flesh,” says Mr. Allen. “What makes it worse is that the current can be flowing through your body without your knowing it. Most of the time, it doesn’t even produce a shock.”
In Brick, New Jersey, eight out of every 1,000 children have been diagnosed with autism since 1994. Some believe that the sudden outbreak has been caused by electrical pollution.
Recently, more articles have accused electrical pollutants causing life-threatening diseases:
• Fibromyalgia
• Leukemia
• Cancer
• Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
According to Mr. Allen, Americans are at serious risk for major health problems caused by the stray currents that leak off of electrical wires. Up to eighty percent of these stray currents travel through our homes, offices, schools, farms, streets and playgrounds.
“No one can come up with a reason why autism is running rampant,” says Mr. Allen. “But mothers are exposed to electrical pollution prior to giving birth while the fetus is exposed to high voltage.”
Mr. Allen is one of the heirs to the Allen Dairy Farm outside of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and a figurehead in the movement against the electrocution of animals. He spent months in a heated court battle with the Wisconsin Public Service Corporation and was awarded $2 million in damages.
