Astrid Gottwald is the Country Manager and brings ten years of international experience having worked in Israel, Germany and Spain. Most recently she worked as the Development Advisor to the Jerusalem Foundation in Israel and previously she was the Local Manager of a group of companies in the retail and import industries with subsidiaries in Berlin and Nuremberg, Germany, and Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Michael Castelló Vogt is a Regional Consultant who brings more than ten years of management consulting experience having worked for companies such as Deminor Rating, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Risk Metrics Group in Brussels. He will divide his time between Germany and the Czech Republic.
Erik Petersenn is a Researcher. Before joining Pedersen & Partners he worked in the recruitment industry in Estonia and Germany.
