Williams has been named director of operations. In this position, Williams will be responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives regarding policy and procedure, and corporate operations including financial reporting, accounting, human resources, contract review and implementation, quality assurance and quality control. A native of New York, he has previous experience in the systems integration and technical staffing profession, and he has served as a United States Air Force officer. Williams received a bachelor’s degree in astronautical engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, and a master’s degree in management information systems from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, Calif. He resides in Raleigh.
