Sound Authors Radio Show Announces June 20th, 2008 Show Lineup

Blog Talk Radio network features Sound Authors, a live interview talk radio show.

New York, NY, June 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Each Friday at 1PM Eastern Standard Time, Sound Authors radio show features live interviews and readings from all varieties of authors, known and not-yet-known; all soon-to-be bestselling authors from all walks of life, from Hollywood actors to marathoners, to PhD therapists or life coaches. On this talk radio show, it is the story that counts. Authors sound off on every possible topic, from cuisine to culture, and from nature to nurture.

The show also podcasts each interview separately, and all archived podcasts can be searched from the Sound Authors website at www.soundauthors.com.

The first author guest this week will be Susan Benjamin, author of The Manager’s Answer Book. Publications from the Wall Street Journal to the Chicago Tribune have featured Susan’s novel approaches to team management while her commentaries on communications-related issues have appeared in newspapers including USA Today, the Miami Herald, the Chicago Tribune, the New York Daily News, Government Executive and hundreds of others. Susan is a host of the popular talk radio show The Greater Voice, and is an established communications expert and has appeared on CNN, Business Talk Radio, National Public Radio and Roaring Women Radio.

The second guest featured on the show will be Jeanie Ransom, author of I Don’t Want to Talk About It. Jeanie is a children's author and licensed professional counselor who writes funny books or self-help books for kids. She started writing at age 17 and since then she has continued to write for magazines and newspapers, worked as a radio station copywriter, a public relations writer, an editor and writer at a bed-and-breakfast travel magazine, and as a writer at several different advertising agencies.

The third guest on the show will be Raymond Benson, author of A Hard Day's Death. Raymond wrote six original James Bond novels, three film novelizations, and three short stories—all published worldwide. As “David Michaels” Raymond was the author of the NY Times best-sellers Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell—Operation Barracuda. Raymond’s other recent original thrillers are Face Blind, Evil Hours, and Sweetie's Diamonds. An anthology of some of his 007 work will be published in October 2008.

The musical guest for the show this week will be Mac Morin, who is a dancer, piano and keyboard player. Mac has been dancing for over 10 years, first being taught by his mother and then the talented Warner sisters of Mabou, Cape Breton. Since then he has taken on the role as teacher in various private and workshop venues across North America and in Europe. Mac has been playing with Natalie MacMaster again since the summer of 2006 and within that time, has recorded and toured with The Rankin Family, Howie MacDonald, Mary Jane Lamond, Bela Fleck, Ian MacDougall, and members of Beolach.
