120 Newnan St. in Carrollton is being revitalized into a state of the art brewery called Dream City. Frank Co GC has been awarded the job of reconstructing this building, updating the space, and adding a second floor rooftop deck above the structure.

The esteemed construction firm Frank Co GC has been awarded the task of renovating the iconic historic building, ushering in a new era of craft brewing and community engagement.
Dream City Brewing Company aims to blend the rich history of the Carrollton square with modern architectural innovation. The redevelopment project will see extensive updates to the existing structure, along with the possible future addition of a second-floor rooftop. This brewery, which will also serve coffee and tea, is envisioned as a hub for social gatherings, events, and of course, enjoying finely crafted beverages in a unique setting.
The new concept is the shared dream of Joel, Katie, Chris and Ashley Pollard, who were all born and raised in West Georgia and live in Carrollton. Joel and Chris are brothers who have long dreamed of going into business together, along with their spouses. When Joel began homebrewing in 2020, the concept for Dream City Brewing Company began to take shape.
