DAVACO’S Mark Roberson Named Vice President of Product Merchandising and Global Consolidation

Dallas, TX, July 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- DAVACO, Inc., the national leading provider of retail services, announced that Mark Roberson, vice president of global consolidation and logistics, was recently named vice president of product merchandising and global consolidation. In this role, Roberson oversees complex and integrated programs for DAVACO’s retail and wholesale clients at the store level, including merchandising, logistics and consolidation, warehousing, site and marketing surveys, and fundamental graphics and fixture installations. He reports to F.L. Chase, senior vice president of retail operations.

Roberson joined DAVACO in 1990 and has served in a variety of management positions over the last 18 years, with responsibilities ranging from overseeing the logistical management of field employees, job scheduling and tracking, to directing all phases of field training, equipment rental and temporary labor acquisition. He most recently served as vice president of global logistics and consolidation. Prior to joining DAVACO, Roberson owned and operated RobCo Construction, a regional general contracting firm that specialized in high-end residential and light retail construction for 14 years.
