Paul McDermott is Ready for His New Role as ActionCOACH
McDermott wants to make a difference in the lives of small-to-medium sized businesses through his business coaching practice.
Las Vegas, NV, June 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Kevin Alft has named Paul McDermott as an ActionCOACH in Austin, Texas.
Paul McDermott will be practicing in the Austin, Texas metro area.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, McDermott was the Director of Operations and Program Management.
McDermott has had key roles in various corporations and has an innate ability to understand the needs of his clients.
“I have the ability to provide clarity in my clients’ business lives,” he said.
McDermott has been able to help a large number of people achieve their goals in life by keeping them focused on the bigger issues and problems.
“I believe in focusing on the bigger, more important issues and problems and letting the smaller ones sort themselves out,” he said.
Many issues triggered McDermott’s decision to join ActionCOACH.
“I had reached a point in my life when I wanted to get away from corporate politics and enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family.”
When he first discovered ActionCOACH, McDermott felt that it was too good to be true.
“I was impressed by everything from the concept to culture as well as the people I met at the organization,” he said.
McDermott is excited about his business coaching practice because he wants to make a difference in the lives of small-to-medium sized businesses that lack the much needed support.
“I want to make a difference in their lives as well as the lives of their families,” he said.
A member of the PMI Group and the St Edwards Alumni Group, McDermott is currently in the process of joining the BNI Chapter and the Chamber of Commerce.
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
