Northern Kentucky Electric Service Unveils New Branding
NKES Announces New Look, Website and Adds Green Program to Service Offerings.
Newport, KY, June 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- With the assistance of Newport, Kentucky integrated marketing firm Eisen Management Group, Northern Kentucky Electric Service, Inc. has today unveiled the creation of a much anticipated rebranding effort. After going through the agency’s Brand Operations Alignment (BOA) program, critical business insights into NKES consumers and their corresponding value propositions were uncovered and a fully integrated business growth initiative is now underway.
Included in the program was a new delineation of NKES service offerings, as well as the creation of sales support, sales training and the development of comprehensive marketing communications materials. The new designs, developed by EMG president Rodger Roeser and vice president Angela Deniston, feature a glowing ‘on’ button as the central focus, symbolizing the NKES commitment to keeping its clientele running efficiently at all times, on budget, on time and on demand. EMG’s public relations manager Allison Brinkman is fronting the account.
“The most important part of our job as an electrical contractor is to ensure that our industrial and retail clients are efficient and productive,” Northern Kentucky Electric Service president Mike Wissman said. “We want our clientele to hold us accountable. Our primary goal is to get them up and running quickly in the event of an electrical emergency, and our new brand truly reflects that capability, not only in look, but as a testament to how we do business.”
Also, as part of the BOA insights, NKES has expanded its service offerings to include a program dedicated to helping manufacturing and industrial facilities reduce their energy and electricity load. Dubbed NKEco, the new program will enable NKES to help industrial and retail facilities cope with the rising cost of energy prices by improving efficiency. The website is anticipated to launch the first week of July.
