Heartwarming Care 2008 Spotlight! On Business Winner

Tacoma, WA, June 26, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Business leaders, city officials, and Chamber members gathered for the Tacoma Pierce-County Chamber’s annual Spotlight! On Business Awards presentation on Tuesday, June 24. The event, sponsored by Heritage Bank, took place at the Tacoma Dome Best Western. “Zen Master of Cold Calls,” Jerry Hocutt was the keynote speaker. The event drew more than 100 people from a diversity of business backgrounds.

The minority business honors was presented to Heartwarming Care’s CEO Randy Walden. David Graybill, President of the Chamber, stated that Heartwarming Care received the most nominations in the program’s history.

Winners were awarded based on growth in sales or number of employees, contributions to the community, diversity and innovation. Winners were chosen from among 17 finalists and presented with honors during the ceremonies.
