Novaflex U-Lok 1110 Fume Control Duct

U-Lok 1110 is specifically designed for the removal of extremely noxious fumes common in many of today’s workplaces and is constructed to withstand extremely harsh environments.

Novaflex’s U-Lok 1110 is a lightweight, extremely flexible duct designed specifically to handle today’s extremely noxious fumes, including fluorine. Constructed from 100% PTFE Teflon®, U-Lok 1110 employs a double-ply bonded film process using Novaflex’s patented Mechanical Lock™ system, along with an external stainless steel helix. This combination allows U-Lok 1110 to be ideal for both wet and dry fumes, as well as offering good abrasion resistance for exhaust with particulate and good tear and puncture resistance. Excellent cold temperature resistance is achieved through an incredible operating temperature range of -400°F to +700°F.

U-Lok 1110 is designed for extreme chemical resistance. Its ability to resist over 3000 chemicals makes it the choice for harsh applications such as hot exhaust where silicone is not permitted. U-Lok 1110 is offered in lengths of 25’ and diameters ranging from 1.5” to 24” I.D. with larger sizes available upon request.
