TekPartners Opening Office in Atlanta
Atlanta, GA, July 01, 2008 --(PR.com)-- TekPartners, one of the fastest growing private professional staffing companies in the country according to Staffing Industry Analysts, has expanded once again.
What began as a small office in Coral Springs, Fla., and has already branched out with offices all over Florida and regional locations in the Washington D.C.-area and Silicon Valley is taking over the biggest city in the South: Atlanta.
Founded in 2002 by University of Central Florida graduates Harris Katz and Vito Scutero – former NLF fullback Jerald Sowell is also a founding partner – TekPartners projects revenue of $30 million for 2008.
The Atlanta office will be located in the Dunwoody area and will officially open its doors on Monday, June 30. The office will be headed up by fellow UCF graduate and market director Brian Huie.
With 14 years in the staffing industry and experience running the gamut of roles from recruiter to account manager to director of branch operations, Huie says he has done it all in the recruiting world and is ready for the challenge of running TekPartners Atlanta.
Living in Atlanta for the past nine years, Huie knows the area well and brings with him to TekPartners many prior working relationships in the Atlanta community.
“We’re hoping these prior relationships develop into business opportunities,” Huie says. “We’re going to take what these guys here in South and Central Florida have created and replicate it in Atlanta.”
Huie has overseen three other physical office openings for other companies so the opening in Atlanta should go smoothly and, despite the economy being down, the opening couldn’t come at a more perfect time.
The South Florida office was already doing business in Atlanta so this expansion is “the next logical step for this company to become a true regional player,” says Huie. “It makes good logical sense.”
