At 643,000 square feet, this innovative concept in museums encompasses seven levels of displays, 12 galleries, 15 theaters, 2 broadcast studios, and a vast interactive newsroom. Notable exhibits at the Newseum Washington DC include G-Men and Journalists (an expose of the FBI), 45 Words of Freedom, Award-Winning Images and Photographers Who Took Them, and many more.
The Newseum Washington DC features the Food Section – a food court whose menu is developed and executed by Wolfgang Puck Catering. The Source by Wolfgang Puck also calls the Newseum home, and prides itself on being the first D.C. restaurant to bear the name of the renowned chef.
