Mamaroneck, NY, July 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Dorf Law Firm, LLP represented DP40, LLC and DP 41 LLC, tenants in common, in the recent $36.1 million acquisition of 711-747 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York.

This property is more commonly know as the Shop-Rite strip mall in Bedford Hills.

It is well to note, that the Dorf Law Firm has been counsel to over a third of a billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions over the past few years. The majority of these transactions have been in Westchester County, New York.
