Ken Magee was a farm boy in Oregon who loved the out-of-doors. During the Korean war time he worked as a scrub nurse in an Army Station Hospital in Germany. He later taught grade school and then returned to his dream of becoming a physician. This led to a private medical practice, teaching young Resident physicians, extensive medical work in hurting parts of the world, and working as a Hospice Medical Director. Many stories ensued.
