Harling, Vice President of Operations, was named to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). Noelle Harling’s nomination by the NAPBS Board of Directors was ratified by the organization’s membership at the 2008 Annual NAPBS Conference at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel (New Orleans, LA).

As Vice President of Operations of Frasco® Profiles, Noelle Harling is one of the employment background screening industry’s leading experts.
