Southwest Ball Hockey and the Windy City Thunderbolts Join Together for a Fundraiser Friday, August 1st, 2008
Southwest Ball Hockey decided to have it's first Summer fundraiser for the ball hockey league this year. Southwest Ball Hockey teamed up with the Windy City Thunderbolts for it's first ever hockey/baseball fundraiser. The Windy City Thunderbolts field is located in Crestwood, IL.
Alsip, IL, July 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- On Friday, August 1st Southwest Ball Hockey will host a Night at the Ball Park. We are requiring that each registered family sell 4 tickets. The cost of each ticket is $8.00 ($4.00 per ticket will go back to Southwest Ball Hockey) and the promotion for the evening is “Fill ‘R Up Friday” – all domestic draft beer and fountain soda are just $1.00 all night long.
One member of the family that sells the most number of tickets will have the opportunity to throw out the first ball to one of the players on the field.
The team which sells the most tickets will join the Thunderbolts on the field for the National Anthem. The names of all the children will be announced and they may bring any items they would like autographed with them on the field for the players to sign.
Top Sellers number 2, 3, 4, and 5 will sing the 7th inning stretch.
All Coaches will be provided this Order Form for tickets for each family (if there are children in different divisions, the form will be provided to the Oldest). Please complete the bottom portion of the order form and return it with payment to your Coach or Roberta Hennen. Once payment is received tickets will be disbursed. Deadline for payment will be Sunday, July 20th.
