Lubbock, TX, July 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Vintage Township, a traditional neighborhood development (TND) in Lubbock, Texas, is adding major improvements to their new website, of which is scheduled to go live early July. In addition to more recent photos, event updates and brochure uploads, the upcoming website will offer two newly-developed components to go along with the consistent, lighthearted feel of the site. The first addition is a testimonials page, titled “Ask Our Residents” and the second is a blogging page titled “Vintage Blog.”
The testimonials section is an area for current customers, new buyers and long-time residents to record their experiences with Vintage Township and their overall opinion of the neighborhood’s customer care. Each testimonial will include a photo of the person(s) giving the testimonial, their name(s) if not anonymous, and the written portion of the testimonial, not to exceed 5 lines.
The blog page will be more open to creativity. The blog is available for anyone to post their personal opinions: including those of a perspective buyer, community member, Lubbock neighbor, website viewer, referred customer, etc. The Vintage Blog will provide each website viewer the ability to gauge the quality and integrity of Vintage Township and their promise of customer service.
Vintage Township’s Marketing Department, including Julie Cordero, Marketing Director and Susie Stell, Vintage Institute Executive Director, is implementing social media strategies into their revised marketing campaign. Social media includes profiles and posts onto Facebook, Wordpress, Active Rain and more real estate hubs for online interactivity. The social media explorations along with the implementation of the blog and testimonials pages was spawn by the marketing department’s community involvement and interaction efforts.
To add your testimonials, thoughts, comments and experiences you have had with Vintage Township to the testimonials and blog pages of their new website, send your posts our sales office. All entries will be filtered through and all selections will appear on the new website when it goes live early next month.
