New Version of Sprinx CRM Product Introduced -- Sprinx CRM 6

Benefits include even better work with campaigns, new types of reports, more intuitive control of Call Center functionality, language choice and export option for XML format.
Efficient work with campaigns. Sprinx CRM 6 enables direct sending of emails including response monitoring. Sprinx CRM is now a tool for marketing personnel’s bulk operations or salespeople group or individual contacts. The system also provides instant status changes of records as a result of individual or mass campaigns.
New types of reports. Reports for Sprinx CRM 6 are more welcoming and well-arranged, and the filtering options have been improved. Users can quickly see the division of customers between regions, what are the trends of indicators and more. Data is also available directly on maps (via integration with Google Maps), which increases transparency and also the value of the information.
