Monica Carson, a recent graduate of the National Society of Career Management’s career coaching program, has joined the Ginac Group as a Professional Career Architect (PCA) will be providing clients with career development services.

Monica Carson, a recent graduate of the National Society of Career Management’s career coaching program, has joined the Ginac Group as a Professional Career Architect (PCA) will be providing clients with career development services.
Before joining The Ginac Group, Monica, a licensed CPA (certified public accountant) was employed at Dell in various capacities as a finance and project manager where she was responsible for global process standardization, team facilitation and employee development. She has served as a manager, mentor and coach to support team members in navigating career options and organizational issues.
“After so many years of finance and project management roles in corporate America, I found the thing that got me jazzed at work was helping peers, employees through career development obstacles,” Carson said about her recent job transistion. “Whether it was improving performance or making a decision about their next role, each time I was able to help someone through the process I felt fulfilled at the end of the day. Coming to the Ginac Group is a dream role for me, where I get to do the work I’m passionate about everyday!”
Carson holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, TX.
