With more than five years of recruiting experience in the Research Triangle Park market, Walker began his career in public accounting, where he spent six years working extensively in tax and estate planning specifically on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, multi-state tax planning, S corporations and LLC consulting.

Walker obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla. and volunteers his time at Duke Children’s Hospital in the Pediatric Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit as a Best Buddy. Originally from St. Petersburg, Fla., he resides in Durham, N.C. with his wife, Jennifer.
