Organizations combine strengths in their software consulting practices with merger of HR specialists.
Tulsa, OK, August 15, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Crouch, Slavin & Company (CS&Co), a leading professional services firm offering HRMS and accounting applications to businesses in the Southwestern U.S., today announced the merger with i.c. bleu, a group focused on human resource applications for mid-market businesses. Effective immediately, the organization will operate as Crouch, Slavin & Company with headquarters in Tulsa, OK, and offices in Dallas and Houston, TX, and in Tampa, FL.
When asked for his reaction, Karl Grass, Senior VP and GM, Employer Solutions, at Sage Software said, “We are very excited about this merger. Both firms put an emphasis on quality customer service, and have been among our leading business partners for many years. This combination increases the depth of experience they bring to their local markets, while also increasing their service capacity for serving multi-state customers.”
While CS&Co has built a regional business generally serving clients in the states surrounding Texas and Oklahoma, i.c. bleu has clients across the U.S. According to Cooper Caywood, owner of i.c. bleu, “We have always delivered services in an innovative manner. With the technology tools available today, we accomplished remote implementations long before most consultants even considered it possible.
