Tribridge Accelerates Microsoft Infrastructure and Managed Services Capabilities with the Acquisition of API
Tampa, FL, July 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Tribridge (http://www.tribridge.com), a national Microsoft® consulting firm with customers across the United States, has acquired Tampa-based Administrative Partners, Inc. (API), a leading technology services provider in the Southeastern United States. The acquisition is effective July 1, 2008.
“The incorporation of API into Tribridge’s operations dramatically accelerates our ability to offer customers world-class Microsoft infrastructure and managed services solutions,” said Tony DiBenedetto, Tribridge chairman and CEO. “API is well-regarded for their expertise in planning, proactive monitoring and maintenance of network, security and server technologies that successful core infrastructures and IT environments are built on.”
DiBenedetto adds that API’s managed services capabilities bring a deeper dimension to the type of cost-effective, solution-oriented benefits that a growing number of organizations require. “This acquisition enables us to provide a complete range of managed services across the IT infrastructure, which in turn strengthens the Microsoft business applications our customers depend on, particularly the Microsoft Dynamics™ software solutions.”
Founded in 1998, API provided a full host of IT services, technical support and product sales for more than 200 customers. API founders and team members will fill a variety of leadership and sales positions at Tribridge.
“We are pleased to join a firm of Tribridge’s caliber, as this move elevates our ability to provide a greater range of customer service and support,” said Greg Pierce, API president of technology services and founding partner. “As a nationally recognized Microsoft® solution provider, Tribridge’s business values align so closely with ours that coming together just makes sense. Our customers are going to like what they see.”
The acquisition of API is one of a series of planned expansions for Tribridge and follows the March 2008 acquisition of Austin, Texas-based Productive Gap. The firm also expanded its operations earlier this year with the opening of an office in Charlotte, N.C. The 2007 U.S. Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year, Tribridge is headquartered in Tampa with 7 locations across the country.
