Montego F. R. Craddock’s eight years as an entrepreneur and fourteen years of experience and expertise in business and adult education have enabled him to successfully motivate and inspire others. He has instructed teenagers and adults in an entrepreneurial program; taught computer, office, and employability skills; and personal development in preparation for securing employment. To date, he has a track record of 90% student self-placement into the labor force. Craddock was a training support specialist, instructing military workers and civilians in the latest computer software applications, as well as a part-time evening computer instructor, training Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) employees.
