NYP/WC compared ferromagnetic detection vendors and technologies and is now using Mednovus SAFESCAN(R) hand-held and walk-through ferromagnetic detection products. The article recounts the adoption and adaptation process that NYP/WC has followed to maximize the safety benefit from these new tools.
