Security Business Expansion; WSG Associates Appoint Marketing Director

Prestwick, United Kingdom, July 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- With established offices in Prestwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Belfast and London, WSG Associates are growing rapidly and have appointed marketing specialist Stefan Drew to head their marketing team. Stefan, who will be based at their Birmingham office, has a background in the marketing of specialist training courses and will assist Senior Associate, Stuart Galloway, to continue WSG's expansion.

Stuart Galloway commented, "Increased legislation and the threat of international terrorism has seen our business expand rapidly over recent years. We offer a wide range of courses throughout the UK. These range from SIA Licence to Practice courses for Security Guarding, Door Supervision and CCTV and First Aid at Work to Post Room Operations and Bomb Awareness courses.

Many of our programmes involve us in developing and training staff employed by specialist security companies. But, increasingly, we also train staff employed by the large commercial and retail sectors in addition smaller businesses in skills as diverse as Supervisory Training, Management Development, Vetting Skills and Security Risk Assessment. Some of the courses are offered at our premises but we also deliver in-house courses which means less downtime and expense for our clients."
