Reactive360 Gathers Pace in the 360 Feedback Market
Fast growing online based company Reactive360 is now gathering pace since the launch of the full and free versions of their 360 feedback products.

To help low volume users test 360 degree feedback and to help existing users of similar processes understand more about their offering, reactive360 launched a Free to Use 360 feedback product.
Called Quick360 the Free to Use product achieved a staggering growth rate of account holders and is now on target to achieve in excess of 1000 users in the six months since launch. Around 60% of the Quick360 account holders are then converting to the Fully Comprehensive reactive360 system.
CEO Ian Dixon explained:
“There appear to be 3 distinct market segments that are using the quick360 product.
Segment 1.
Low volume small scale operations who simply want to enhance the way they review their staff.
Segment 2.
Potentially high volume large scale operations who see it as a way of testing our capability, before converting to the paid reactive360 system.
Segment 3.
High volume, large scale operations who have limited budget."
He then went on to say:
“What has surprised us is the scale of segment 2, and through our research just how many of the new users are using competitor systems and then migrating to use reactive. The second shock was how many of the segment .1. users (low volume small scale) then move to reactive360 and start customising the questionnaire, branding the process and the report layouts.”
To continue improving the capability of the system in-line with customer needs, reactive has now added several ‘new’ features to the process.
Full system account holders can now:
Import high volume nominations from excel or csv files (to save time).
Automatically fill nominations using data stored in the client account.
Add a web site link that allows people completing questionnaires to be automatically re-sent their unique link (when they have accidentally deleted it).
Set an Auto remind function that mails the participants before the due date.
Set an Auto chase function that mails the participants when their questionnaires are over-due.
