Mamaroneck, NY, July 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- On Tuesday July 22, 2008, Jon A. Dorf, Esq., founder of The Dorf Law Firm, LLP, was invited as a guest speaker at The New Directions Program at Pace Law School, White Plains, New York.

The New Directions Program is a program developed in collaboration with the Westchester Women’s Bar Association. This innovative program is designed to enable attorneys currently not practicing law or not enjoying their present focus to re-enter the legal arena or shift to another area of practice. The two-semester, three-part bridge program, informs lawyers on substantive law updates, professional skills and the practical experience they will require.

Jon Dorf presented a lecture on Commercial Real Estate: Purchases and Sales.
The lecture, both informative and interesting, was well received by all program participants. Since 2005, one of the primary areas of growth for The Dorf Law Firm, LLP has been in the commercial real estate arena. The firm has handled transactions totaling approximately half a billion dollars.
