Cordell Thompson Joins Nonanonymous in Caribbean

Chicago, IL, July 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Bahamas Ministry of Tourism Veteran to Lead Nonanonymous Projects In Caribbean Tourism Sector.

Nonanonymous has appointed Cordell Thompson, who served over 30 accomplished years with the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism (BMOT), to Senior Promotional Consultant of the online video company launched in July, 2007.

Nonanonymous President Paul Miller, Chief Creative Officer Kris Millsap and Managing Director of Tourism & Travel Charles Kail announced today that Mr. Thompson will lead their Creative Team in revamping the Internet marketing approach of various tourism organizations in the Caribbean and surrounding areas.

Mr. Thompson brings a wealth of experience to his new role with Nonanonymous:

• Earned a B.A. in Literature from Fordham University in New York
• Earned an M.S. from the School of Journalism at Columbia University in New York
• Began career as a reporter with the Nassau Guardian in 1964
• Spent 10 years as New York Bureau Chief for Ebony and Jet Magazines

During his 30 years with the BMOT, Mr. Thompson—who served respectively as Advertising Officer, General Manager of the Film Bureau and General Manager for Marketing—has executed many impressive promotions for the BMOT and the government of The Bahamas including the following:

• Concepted the long-running “It’s Better in the Bahamas” PR strategy
• Spearheaded the development of The Bahamas Film Commission
• Hosted two successive sessions of The Society of American Travel Writers Conference (1984 and 1985)
