Red Sage Communications Completes Two Major City Websites for Cullman, Alabama
North Alabama-based Red Sage Communications website design company Red Sage Communications created two new websites for the City of Cullman, Alabama, giving the city an edge in economic development and providing an online platform for the city's comprehensive plan. Decatur, AL, August 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- North Alabama-based marketing and website design firm Red Sage Communications was recently chosen by the City of Cullman, Alabama to design and build two key city department websites. The web design company recently completed new websites for the Cullman Economic Development Agency and the city’s Planning Department. Red Sage Communications has also been selected by the Cullman Area Workforce Solutions (CAWS) program and the Cullman Electric Cooperative for new websites.
Red Sage Communications, one of the few web design companies specializing in websites for economic development agencies, visitor bureaus, and community planning groups, was chosen by the Cullman Economic Development Agency to build a new website (www.cullmaneda.org) that would be easier to maintain and include information and tools that site selectors and industries require. Red Sage Communications responded to the agency’s needs by providing a website that can be easily updated and maintained by the agency’s staff and one that has a clearer navigation structure. The website also features a new industrial directory, map room, expanded community and business information, and the integration of Google Analytics.
The City of Cullman also chose Red Sage Communications to create an online version of the city’s 2030 Comprehensive Plan. The website (www.cullmantomorrow.org), created for the City of Cullman Planning Department, allows residents to view the citywide plan and supporting presentations prior to the plan being officially adopted by the city. The planning department will be able to easily modify and grow the website in the future to reflect current projects and issues.
Red Sage Communications is currently finishing website projects for two other Cullman-area clients, the Cullman Area Workforce Solutions (CAWS) program and Cullman Electric Cooperative. The new CAWS website is being revamped to include a new design and navigation structure and will include the integration of Google Analytics. The new design for Cullman Electric Cooperative will make the site more user-friendly, including improvements to the home page design to include more common customer links, such as energy saving ideas for the home. The website will also include a clearer navigation structure to make the site easier to navigate.
