Grotto Custom Wine Cellars Completes Wine Bar Project at the Fairmont Hotel Chicago
Grotto designed and created the wood wine cabinets that are the central focus of the new Eno Wine Bar at the Fairmont, Chicago.
Aliso Viejo, CA, August 07, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Grotto Custom Wine Cellars, the leading manufacturer and distributor of premium wine cellar products in the US, announces the completion of Eno wine bar in the Fairmont Hotel Chicago, Illinois.
Grotto designed and created wood wine cabinets to compliment the round, sunken bar, located in the lobby of the hotel. Made from white oak with a custom stain and glaze, the curved cabinets feature waterfall display cases, radius curving and split system cooling to ensure even temperature control throughout each cabinet. There are also display cases for gourmet cheese, locally made chocolate and Champagne bottles.
This is the third Eno wine bar in which Grotto has been involved, having designed Eno wine bars at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and the Intercontinental in Chicago, Illinois.
