Jim Harris won the latest photograph of the month contest with a photo titled Pilons and Morning Colors. The winning photo depicted a red beach in the evening with a row of posts stretching out into the water covered by a dark blue, cloud-filled sky. This was the first Photograph of the Month award received by Jim Harris. For winning the PhotographyCorner.com August 2008 Photograph of the Month, Jim was awarded a copy of Kubota Artistic Tools Volume 4 provided by Kubota Image Tools.
