Ortus PR Helps Launch Parkwayhealth’s "Caring for Your Health" Campaign to Fortune 500 Companies
Ortus PR plays vital role in helping PR retainer client ParkwayHealth to roll out its health awareness campaign among MNCs operating in China.
Shanghai, China, August 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Ortus PR played an instrumental role in successfully implementing a city-wide campaign aimed at generating awareness among Fortune 500 companies for ParkwayHealth as a premium healthcare provider. In addition, the campaign aimed to further establish the Singapore-based healthcare firm’s corporate social responsibility image within the respective target segments.
The campaign, entitled “Caring for Your Health”, was launched in January 2008 and will run for the entire year. Several Fortune 500 companies based in Shanghai were contacted and appointments were made for in-house informative seminars that were to be held and conducted by respective ParkwayHealth doctors and medical specialists. The topics of discussion at these in-house seminars included general health and well-being, travel medicine, as well as first-aid courses and steps on what to do in the event of an emergency. The most recent “Caring for Your Health” seminars were held at the British Consulate-General in Shanghai, Baxter Laboratories, and the Expatriate Professional Women’s Society respectively.
“This initiative allows us to reach out to the community and educate them about relevant healthcare topics,” said Barry Clogan, Vice President, Client Services, ParkwayHealth China. “At the same time, we increase awareness for ParkwayHealth and its services in the target market.”
The health talks, seminars, as well as the first-aid courses were well received by senior management members and HR managers in the companies which ParkwayHealth visited. They were convinced of the many benefits that the seminars had and were impressed by the depth of knowledge as well as the high degree of professionalism practiced by the ParkwayHealth doctors.
