The Miracle of Death
The Kamlak Center Tackles Death. “Putting Birth and Death Back Together Again” is exactly what Kamlak is all about. The Miracle of Death by Betty J. Kovács, Ph.D., is Kamlak’s first in a series of punches aimed at changing the way we look at death—and life.
Claremont, CA, August 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Author Betty J. Kovács, Ph.D., has joined the growing ranks of academic, medical, and scientific professionals who are increasingly researching and exploring the capacities of the human mind. The profound experiences of her entire family, along with decades of research on the central role that death has played in cultures throughout history, allow her to confront death from a well qualified vantage point.
The Miracle of Death is a narrative of one family’s extraordinary experiences, including precognitive dreams, visions, and synchronistic events, surrounding multiple deaths in their family. The sole survivor and narrator is a Western trained academic who initially struggled to accept realities that ultimately changed every aspect of her life. Weaving personal, historical and mythic perspectives, Dr. Kovács shows that such individual experiences along with cutting-edge scientific research support a radical change in the way we think about death—and life.

“Following our first visions after Pisti’s death, István and I participated in two worlds. One was the world in which Pisti was no longer physically present. The other was the world of Mind, of presence and creativity. Here the unique consciousness of Pisti was present, but always within the context of his larger creating Self. He, as Pisti, was like a living work of art in a large mosaic that fit into an even larger artistic design.”

About The Kamlak Center:
The work of The Kamlak Center is to identify the new consciousness that is emerging on our planet and to heal the wounds caused by the old worldview. Our major healing work is on the primary wounding caused by the belief that there is nothing but matter and death is the end of everything we have ever loved and valued. By confronting the Mystery of Death, we are initiated into the fullness of life. This is the foundation for all healing.
