ONSITE3

The widely respected 2008 edition of the Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey ranked ONSITE3 within the Top 15 of all eDiscovery service providers. ONSITE3’s top ranking in this year’s survey also represents the fourth consecutive year that ONSITE3 has been honored by the Socha-Gelbmann survey with the distinction of being a “top” provider of electronic discovery services.

ONSITE3 was ranked as a Top 5 e-discovery processing provider and for total eDiscovery capacity in the 2007 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey, published in September 2007. The 2007 survey, published by independent technology consultants George Socha and Tom Gelbmann, focuses on the state of the electronic discovery market in 2006. Survey results rank e-discovery solution providers based on a set of seven criteria: experience and reputation, capacity, types of services, software usage, law firm rankings, corporate rankings, and revenue estimates. This marks the third consecutive year that ONSITE3 has been ranked in the list of top e-discovery firms.

The 12th Annual AmLaw Tech Survey published in September 2007 has ONSITE3 listed in the top ten of eDiscovery providers. The percentage of firms indicating they use ONSITE3 for eDiscovery services rose nearly 10% over 2006 survey results, which was the highest increase among all eDiscovery providers listed in the 2007 survey. The 2007 survey results were published in Law Firm Inc. This year’s survey topics included collaboration, basics, communications, VoIP/IP telephony, financial stats, software (which includes eDiscovery providers), and quality of life.

A recent report (The eDiscovery Vendor Landscape) from analyst Barry Murphy of Forrester Research indicates that ONSITE3 differentiates itself from other eDiscovery providers based on its “breadth of offerings” and “speed of execution”. Both this report and another recent analyst report from Gartner Research have recognized ONSITE3 as just one of a small number of companies meeting all their requirements as a "full service" eDiscovery provider. Many providers may claim to be full service, but ONSITE3 is one of only a few that have been recognized as such by two of the top industry analyst firms in the world.

The 11th Annual AmLaw Tech Survey, published by American Lawyer Media (ALM), examined both changing and emerging legal technology trends of the 200 highest-grossing law firms in the United States. Full results of the survey were seen in the September/October 2006 issue of Law Firm Inc. ONSITE3 was ranked as #1 for Litigation Support Services in the survey.
