Assist-2-Sell

Inman News has once again named Mary LaMeres-Pomin and Lyle Martin in its annual list of the “100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders.” The founders and owners of Reno-based Assist-2-Sell are included in the “Brokerage” category. For three consecutive years, Inman News has recognized LaMeres-Pomin and Martin for their contributions to the residential real estate industry.

In the June 2007 issue of REALTOR® Magazine, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) honored Cottage Grove, Ore., native Shane May with its annual “30 Under 30” award. The award recognizes 30 REALTORS® under the age of 30 from around the United States who are shaping the real estate industry through their use of technology and other innovations, as well as their commitment to their communities and their customers. May was chosen from more than 600 REALTORS®.

Assist-2-Sell was ranked No. 48 in Entrepreneur Magazine’s 28th annual “Franchise 500” listing. Assist-2-Sell significantly improved its standing, moving up from the No. 73 ranking to No. 48 in just one year. Assist-2-Sell was also named No. 30 on Entrepreneur’s “Fastest-Growing Franchises” list, up from No. 34 for 2006.

Each year Entrepreneur Magazine looks at hundreds of franchises and carefully examines such things as number of years in business, startup costs and terminations, as well as financial strength, stability and growth rate. With that information, they are able to compile the “Franchise 500” as a research tool for people who want to own their own business.
