I can't even begin to express my gratitude to Dave Ward. He made the building process completely trouble-free for me. From our first meeting where he thoroughly explained the process to the final walk-through, his optimistic "can do" attitude has been wonderful. If all businesses had a Dave Ward, there would be no need for customer service training - he lives customer service!
