Randy J Fraga has 15 years of experience in financial assistance. He's worked in both state and federal agencies assisting people in welfare programs, disability programs and Medicaid. He's a graduate of Texas State University, formerly Southwest Texas State University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

It was during his own disability situation that prompted his awareness that people needed assistance in obtaining prescriptions through patient assistance programs. Through his professional experience and his personal challenges and need for survival, he decided to help others in his same situation and challenges. He wants to share his work in researching various avenues in obtaining assistance to help others.
