Kathy Steele, Partner/Vice-President, is the Creative Services Director responsible for overseeing all design elements, developing creative approaches and treatments, initiating innovative ideas from creative staff and ensuring quality in the final project. She also handles planning and procurement for outside vendors.

Kathy offers over 16 years of expertise in marketing, project execution, graphic design, print collateral, interactive media and web development. Kathy's experience includes event/project management, creative direction, print procurement and coordination of schedules and delivery of printed materials. She has been awarded a multitude of honors for art direction on web design, corporate identity, brochures, interactive applications and advertising.

Kathy's experience and uninhibited efforts to provide cross-platform solutions have provided her with the opportunity to present her knowledge to companies and associations through speaking engagements. Her expertise in marketing has also lead to an interview with the Chicago Tribune, and she has since been sought after as an industry resource for several other media outlets.
