PETAL Company achieved in the last years an accelerated ascension by modernizing the production capacities and increasing the professional qualification of the employers, which permitted the assimilation of a wide range of products.
The company is one of the producers with tradition in oilfield equipment production for different kinds of climatic and environment conditions.
At this moment the company manufactures a wide range of products:
1. Cementing units AC 350, AC 400, AC 500, ACF 700, ACF 1050;
2. Wellhead equipments and Christmas trees for oil and gas;
3. Valves and chokes;
4. Spare parts for cementing units and for slush pumps;
5. Various metallurgical equipment.
PETAL company implemented and maintains a Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2000 standards, certified by LLOYD’S REGISTERED QUALITY ASSURANCE for the design and the manufacture of oilfield equipment and spare parts for these.
Since June 2004 American Petroleum Institute certifies the company according to API spec. Q1and 6A for valves and chokes PSL 1-3 and owns the License no. 6A-0655.
The Design, manufacturing and repairs are conducted in accordance with national and international in force standards.

Company History
PETAL Company had made a tradition in producing the cementing and fracturing units. First units were produced in 1986.
Our preoccupation to increase the functional and dependability parameters of the product, which is willing to satisfy into rigorous way the customer’s requirements, was put across by increasing his own design and production capacity and by specializing the employers for assimilate a performing type of product:

Our company exported cementing and fracturing units in: China, England, Ukraine and Russia.
PETAL Company is one of the consecrated producers of wellhead equipments. The tradition in this area we have build for over 20 years, in this period we produced and delivered on Romanian market and foreign markets wellhead equipments and Christmas Trees.
Among the external customers we can mention: Russia, Belarus, Poland, Turkey.
The equipments produced by PETAL Company satisfy API Spec. 6A requirements.

PETAL Company produce and sell valves and chokes into a dimensional-type-assortment range that includes pressures with values until 15000 psi (1050 bar), neutral working conditions and low corrosive action (oil and other petroleum, drilling fluids, water, gases) intended for well head equipments, cementing and fracturing units, various technological equipment.
Among the external customers we can mention: Russia, Belarus, Poland, Turkey.
