Company History
In 1983, Doug Smith and Pat Ervin decided to take a chance on themselves and create their own kind of advertising agency. Right from the start, they wanted to serve clients better than anyone else. Sure, they produced great creative, but only if it worked to improve the client's bottom line.
Ervin & Smith started out almost exclusively as a print and direct-response agency. Today, services include everything from broadcast and e-commerce, to Web marketing and production, to market research and public relations, to new media and corporate identity - along with just about anything else clients need.
